Continuing the lodge’s ongoing sustainability goals, Royal Zambezi Lodge has announced the completion of an ambitious solar project: Royal is now 100% solar! With an impressive 360 solar panels, a 150kva inverter and 2x 100kw batteries, the team have used this time to upskill and work together to achieve this green initiative during the standstill in global travel. Royal is not only committed to their continued efforts towards what eco-conscious lodges should aspire to, but making sure this beautiful region can be enjoyed for generations to come.
