Packages

Royal River God Expedition

This unique package combines two countries on the Zambezi River – Zimbabwe and Zambia. It is a minimum 8-10 night combo and recommended for the more adventurous explorer who doesn’t mind a bit more travel time on the river, including a border crossing at the Chirundu bridge into Zimbabwe from Zambia. The Royal River God Expedition combines a stay at Royal Zambezi Lodge with River God Adventure’s mobile water safari and offers the perfect combination between land and water, safari luxury and a floating wilderness experience.

This package is for the brave-hearted adventurer, with a bit more time on their hands, who prefers a unique package off the beaten track. As it combines two countries with limited transport options to connect the two, it requires more intricate planning, and we can assist you with putting it together. Start your stay with three to four nights at Royal Zambezi lodge which will offer you the opportunity of flying into our Royal Airstrip from Lusaka. Speak to our Reservations team today to book the Royal River God Expedition and receive a 10% discount.

River God Adventures prides itself on offering a unique experience for each guest. The Zambezi River is a fierce and fickle wonder of nature constantly changing her path, so with every excursion, those aboard a River God vessel are sailing new waters. Each day is spent in a different section of the river offering new and breath-taking scenery around every bend. The beauty of this unique adventure is that there is no set itinerary. A fantastic combination with your luxury stay at Royal Zambezi Lodge in Zambia for the adventurous traveller wanting to spend time on the Zimbabwean side of the Zambezi River.
