In line with The Tourism and Hospitality (Accommodation Establishment Standards) Regulations implemented in Zambia in 2018, Royal Zambezi Lodge underwent an extensive vetting process and are honoured to be awarded the first official 5-star status for a safari lodge in the Lower Zambezi, Zambia.

As the highest star grading a facility can receive, the statutory instrument details the standards of a 5-star lodge as “spacious and luxurious accommodation throughout the establishment, matching best international standards. Impressive interior and exterior design with quality, attention to detail, comfort and style. Flawless service in its attention to guests’ needs, without being intrusive.
